The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was better, and had a much larger selection than other hotels offering continental breakfast. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Both Marlys (when checking in) and Emma (I believe…the senior citizen working in the morning) went above and beyond being helpful and friendly! If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there!

The employees were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were warm, spacious and relaxing. The breakfast included a delicious omelette bar. The location is close to the pottery museum. We’d definitely stay here again.

Convenient location for bicycling downtown…close to West End attractions (like delightful Wisteria Twig tea shop (-:) Enjoyed the hot tub, lined view away from bust road…Enjoyed breakfast, particularly make-your-own omelette option. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Jill in particular offered great suggestions and information about local attractions.

Staff has always been accommodating hosts for at least 3-4 stays at this location. Our grandchildren have been welcomed and treated as guests as they visited us. Check ins or out time variance requests were usually met with a friendly "no problem" and once with an understandable explanation of a time constraint. Overall a pleasant home away. Property meets expectations, staff makes it exceed them.
